Tumbling

Our tumbling classes are designed to help athletes build strength, confidence, and high-level technique in a fun, supportive environment. Whether an athlete is just starting out or training elite-level skills, each class focuses on proper progressions, body control, safety, and skill execution. Athletes work through drills and conditioning tailored to their level while developing coordination, flexibility, and power. From foundational movements to advanced flight skills, our tumbling program helps every athlete grow at their own pace while mastering the fundamentals that set them up for long-term success. Flight School
All ages
Our Flyers Stretch Class is designed to help athletes build the strength, flexibility, and body control needed to excel in flying skills. Athletes work on deep stretching, balance, core stability, and body shaping essential for body positions such as heel stretches, scorpions, arabesques, and needles. This class focuses on safe flexibility progressions, proper technique, and the strength required to hold positions cleanly and confidently in the air. Perfect for current flyers and athletes aspiring to take their flying to the next level with improved lines, stability, and performance.
Base Boss Bootcamp
All ages
Our Base Training class is designed to help athletes build the strength, technique, and timing required to be powerful, reliable bases in stunts. Athletes focus on proper grips, body alignment, lower-body and core strength, explosive power, and safe stunt progressions. This class includes stunt-specific conditioning, partner drills, and technique work to improve lifts, catches, transitions, and stunt stability. Whether new to basing or looking to level up, athletes will gain confidence, strength, and the consistent mechanics needed to support elite, high-level stunts.

Tiny Team
Tiny Team Program – Queens Battalion (Ages 3–6)
Our Tiny Team Program is a 12-week introductory competitive training program designed especially for athletes ages 3–6 years old who are ready to begin their cheer journey in a fun, positive, and structured environment.
These mighty little tinies, known as the Queens Battalion, will learn the foundations of competitive cheer while building confidence, coordination, teamwork, and listening skills—all while having FUN.
Throughout the 12 weeks, athletes will work on:
- Basic cheer motions and dance
- Beginning tumbling skills
- Introductory stunts and safe body positions
- Rhythm, timing, and performance skills
- Teamwork, confidence, and gym structure
This program is designed to prepare athletes for the upcoming competitive Tiny Team season, helping them transition smoothly into the new year with confidence and excitement. Practices are age-appropriate, upbeat, and focused on positive reinforcement, ensuring every athlete feels successful and supported.
